I retired and moved back home almost two years ago with my wife who had been diagnosed with terminal cancer, the press and all of the gear was just shoved in a corner of the garage as I was concentrating on looking after her. When she passed away last June, the Commissioner called me up a month or two later and asked me to come back to work. I accepted (Lord knows why) and have been trooping all over the State since. I have spent a fortune on cowboy and other ammo over the past couple of years and yesterday (Sunday here) I dug my toes in and decided that I wasn't gonna budge until my press was operational again. I had a bit of trouble finding some of the stuff (I still haven't found the case kicker), but the Rockchucker is back in business!
Now, all I gotta do is find my 44/40 dies! There' down there somewhere.
I gotta clear a bit more room, mount the second gun safe, get in all the extra guns I have bought and then get my casting pot going again. I'm very happy about getting back into reloading.
My new ladyfriend is very excited about getting into cowboy shooting, so, I'm going to be doing a whole passel of reloading.
Mick.
