I don't think the sound of crickets chirpin around here will kill us, but I don't think it has much potential fer makin us stronger either.
PS, I like them artichoke hearts, just not the pineapple. I'll eat dern near anything thats been pickled.

crickets chirpin is what I hear all the time, that's the noise in my ears, makes it kinda nice, I can close my eyes and it sounds like I'm out in the woods, no matter if it's winter or summer.
too many hours of sitting on a diesel tractor with that roar right there by my head.

Weird, I got Cicada's in my ears, good thing I hate crickets chirping, don't like the sound. Glad they passed that law 'bout 20 years ago sayin' they can't chirp. (They did din't they, or is there another reason they stopped?)

got bells ringin' in mine
got too close to a broken 150psi air line that was broke. Drove the lift under it so's the air tech could shut it off. He had ear protection................I didn't

A funny happened at work a few months ago, learned somethin' I didn't know before. took something up to the work dept counter had a security tag on it and laid it down. Diane picked it up and moved it, said don't lay it there, I can't stand the noise.
Asked her what noise?
That squeal they make to remind us of a security tag to remove.
Sorry can't hear it, when did they put that in. She said it was here when she started 8 years ago, well I've been here for 9 and never knew it.
Still think they are liein' to me.
