Kids were watchin that Bill Nye guy. He said if ya bought pork fed on small fish rather than grass ya were stravin penguins. I like it when the kids watch edjamacational programming but that was a bit much. Also said that egg farms kill fish in the atlantic cause a amonia gasses produced. You could almost smell the insence an pat-choo-lee through the TV.

Rita and Rowdy went to bed, I had ham, egg and cheese samwhiches on homemade wheat for supper, quick and easy, to tired to cook much more. Kinda bounched around today, did several hats, including one that I fit to the guys head, shaped crown and brim (was an open crown) and changed the band,
