This rifle was NOT owned by THE famous Sitting Bull, but rather another Indian by that name.  Wink

One is know as Sitting Bull the Good. (He is the one that got the rifle.)  They also were from different Lakota bands.

The one known as The Good was an Oglala Lakota, the more famous one was a Hunkpapa.
