Yup, that is a hanging tree, or rather gallows in the background.  During the Caballeros' February shoot, several desperados even tried hanging Big Hext from that rope!!  But we took care of those desperados and cut Hext down before it was too late...at least most of us did.  One member of our posse forgot.  But most of the time Hext survived (that is one TOUGH hombre!). ;D
