What would be a good menu to go along with frog legs? I would like to have some good southern corn bread with them but what other sides would be good?

what I usually have is hush puppies, fried Okra, fried onions, a little cole slaw if yer so inclined. and cinammon rolls for dessert. I've eat that combination dozens of times and it all seems like it just all goes together real good.

Wouldn't some Collards, Mustard or Turnip greens go well with them also?

Get some Red potatoes and slice them about 1/4" thick put in skillet with some cut up green onions. Cook with a little olive oil and butter. Let them brown and turn down till done. You can toss mushrooms or carrots in too. I like putting the carrots on first so they get done. If you like hushp puppies they would go good to. And dont forget sucatash. For desert a black and tan ale is good with a good cigar. Or a bread pudding.

Sliced fried taters sprinkled with red & black pepper.
An' some ranch dip or honey mustard dip.
Maybe your favorite cold adult beverage too.

Howdy
After a long night of frog hunting which was completed by dressing them out and soaking in salt water .
We would fry them usually the next night ( saturday ) and have for supper with baked beans and some fried taters and onions and hush puppies .
