Colt lightning DA

I found what I believe is a colt lighting double action. The moving parts seem to function, bluing is in bad shape, grips look like hard, black plastic with the horse in the circle logo. The only markings on barrel I can make out is " COLT DA". Any idea's to how much its worth and who could restore? Thanks, Bull

I did a lil more research and it is a lightning. Can anyone recomend a smith to give it a once over and some new bluing?

The Colt Lightning DA revolvers have a weak action (parts often break or wear to the point it won't function right) There aren't many gunsmiths out there working on them or want to work on them.
