Masonic shooters
« on: September 30, 2007, 01:44:10 PM »
A few years ago I acquired a small Masonic Cowboy Shooters badge. Last week a fella was admiring it, and being a traveling man, inquired where he could get one like it.

Well, I've searched myself dry trying to find a link anywhere. The onlyest one I could find was to Hirams Rangers, which is close but not the originators of this particular badge,

Soooo, any ideas of where to look???

thanks

Morenlikely that's a "Masonic Cowboy Shootist" badge.  ;D. You'll find it talked about over on the SASS wire. The group's founder is Capt George Baylor. Nooga Kid is usually the one who orders the badges. To wear one you must be a Master Mason in good standing. If your "traveling Brother" wants one,  I have an extra I'd be proud to give him. Just have him PM me and I'll get it to him. Hirams Rangers is a different group with a slightly more formal "structure", which is home to the CAS City forum. Membership into Hirams Rangers may be applied for by contacting:
http://geocities.com/hiramsrangers@sbcglobal.net/

I'm proud to belong to both groups of Masonic Cowboys.

If you are a Master Mason and a Cowboy Action Shooter, you will really appreciatte the Hiram's Rangers* induction ceremony.
