Going to shoot my cowboy guns and bringing my hk416 22lr rifle - lets see how she shoots - she looks and feels awfully SWEET!
She may not shoot Holy Black...but she is a little black rifle!

I don't know what those sneaky commies loaded in their ammo it smells funny(not pretty like sulpher and charcoal) and it's quite smokey. It sure isn't Black Powder but fun to shoot.

Big Bertha roared at Waverly Sunday and definitely rolled a few of the knockdowns. Not sure what she did with the clay on BS Walker's moving target rig. Afterall there was a bit of smoke in the way. She will be riding with me to State which is now only 12 days and a wakeup away. I won't be making it to West Point this coming weekend but look forward to make copious (25 cent word means bunches) amounts of Smoke, Fire, BOOOOOOM and Stink at State.

Loaded my 10gauge shells yesterday. I used the loading system from RMC for the first time. Seems to work well and takes a bit less effort but more hammer action. I doubt I will see any difference in performance.

What i relly like about the RMC system is every is set to fit just right.
The tools have worked well for my plastic, i know oh the dread!, hulls too
I may load up more 10 guage and shoot mostly 10's during the match.
I have thought about shooting my remmie 10 and ttn 12 to give shoulder a break.
and Cardinal Wind is coming with me!

PR I'm planning on bringing all 50 of the 10g and another 50 of the 12g. Figure that way I can fill in with the 12 as necessary. I dropped the 10g load from 120gns to 110gns. Doubt it will be noticeable.

Will, i think I will copy cat you!
I dropped my load as well - I went to 100 grains due to my shells being a tad shorter since they are the shorter 10 gauge shells.
Gives a nice amount of space for card and glue.
I may shoot sunday...hoping to pick Cardinal Wind's rig ...he birthday is the 23rd so a rig and her second pistol is coming right on time for the upcoming shoot.

SB and PR I would like to get back to that shoot too but with it being so close to Star City its hard to work out the time off. Also make for a long day if they are still shootin' 8 stages.

If anyone runs across a Ruger Bearcat, used, in good shape for a good price please let me know. Wife seems to be getting interested in shootin' and it would be a good one to start with.

Also make for a long day if they are still shootin' 8 stages.
Shot six stages last year and gonna shoot six this year. I think that 8-stages was an idea that didn't work out in the August heat.

Back from the MD BP match. Had problems with my shotgun. Only 28 shooters - 2 posses. SASS forgot to advertize the match in the last three issues of the Chronicle. They are not too happy with SASS right now...especially since all "SASS" matches are going to have to charge a $5/shooter fee which goes into the pockets of the Wild Bunch. Maybe next year's match will not be SASS-affiliated. Hmmmm.......

That is just crazy. May have to make sure I get there next year, specially if they are NOT affiliated.
