Wahoooooooo my 9mm Mauser C96 came in!!

My smokeless ammo, empty cases and recommended blackpowder recipes for the 11 mm french ammo came in too.

If'n I can get some .44caliber 445-451 balls before 1 Nov I will make some 11mm french smokey loads to try too.

Arcey - I think I will shoot smokey but bring out the toys at lunch time - unless I get the chance to make smokey loads and actually test them.

Any of my fellow VA Fire and Brimstone Posse members have .445-451 - .44 caliber balls??

Looked in the back of my half frenchy truck but didnt find any 44 cal frenchy balls.

Dang nab-it saturday is looking questionable.

Baby is doing fine, as is the mommy  - but in laws are coming up for halloween - so not sure what we are going to do.

Is there any shooting down in tidewater the second weekend of Nov?

I did load up 10 more 43 spanish rounds, put large pistol primers in my 11mm french brass, and field stripped the french pistols - they are so nice inside - unbelieveable really.

Oh and what did I find - in my old loading bench - a set of 44sw/mag dies - thought I was going to have to buy some - completely forgot about a set a friend gave me - when I shot 44 russian.

I needed the bullet setter more than anything..

The way it’s lookin’, we’re gonna have a pret stout wind from that off shore hurry-cane.  Our smoke ‘n stink gonna get blowed away kindah quick.  Oh well…………

I will be deep in the center of DC trying to build something that could make a big difference in federal response.

I will be at the ROII training next weekend and am now endeavoring to make the Mattaponi shoot and dinner.

Throw some lead, and have a good ole smokey time - and send me some pics to hold me over.

Once again, I have to deal with the inmates....**razzlefrazzle**.  Arcey, make sure Marshal doesn't do too much.... I'd hate to come home and see him in the condition he was in Wednesday night.  Since I can't shoot anytime soon due to the work schedule, I sat up last night and watched Tombstone again.

Thinkin’ I’ve fouled up with the HBM lube though. Them Yankee Candle scraps in there is actin’ like BP deordorant. The pistols lack that full, rich stink of the one true powder. Smells more like the den 'n/or kitchen a half hour after the wife gets home.
