STS recipes?

Thinkin' about changin' to STS hulls, anyone have a recipe for a 7/8 oz. 1100 fps or less load?  I keep crunchin' AA hulls in the last station on my MEC and I'm thinkin' it might be time for a change. Cold Iron

STS = 17 grains of Clays over 7/8 oz of shot.  Should put you at or near that 1100 fps barrier.

Clay or Winchester Grays.  You can use Pinks but the shot charge may not fill up the cup.
