Over in Saddlebag Tales, I've posted a thread.  I've got all sorts of GAF info, things I've learned about local towns, military history, Irish Heritage, gun info and a hundred other little things that roll around in my head.  I need to gel some of these things into a character or two (or ten).  Also, I need to get into the whole cowboy mindset . 

Now...

I'll warn ya good folk:  I've written alot of stuff over the years... but not a Western.  Fantasy, I can do.  Smut, I can do.  I can write more than anyone wants to know about boats.  Never have I written Western.  Ye have been warned.

Post anything dealing with that story over here, please.  That way we can all laugh at me together.

Wecome, Mr. Dearborn.  Looks as if your yarn is off to a rip-roarin' start - it got my attention, fer sure.

I'd sure like to see a rendering of that "badge" that was on Will's hat; sounds like a combination of several different ones.  You got any such thing?

I have a fairly vivid imagination, and your writing causes much activity, there; I look forward to more of this tale.

Heh.  The  badge is actually the crest of the Fighting 69th.  The Irish Brigade.
