I'm blessed where I live.  My club, Mansfield, is 20 minutes away.  Then I have Scituate only 40 minuets.  Then I have Candia, Newton, and Pelham NH and Manville RI within 90 minutes.  Keene NH and Falmouth ME are two hours away, but I won't go to those unless I have someone to go with.  That is too long of a drive home without someone to talk to.

If it can't be nice, eaten, make money, create comfort or provide real pleasure.........kill it or trade it in on new one!

On the first 4 Saturdays of each month, there are CAS events no futher than 90 miles away.  Home club is 18 miles. So it's not too bad here.

For me it's a 2 hour drive either direction.  I could shoot closer but I'd rather drive farther and have people who actually, will talk to me.  Guess, I don't belong to the right clique.   ;)  The views are much better at the other clubs, I shoot with.   :P

Used to be I could shoot every weekend within an hour's drive.. now that's down to three.  I am still extremely fortunate to have so many great clubs so close.
