The following was posted to me by one of Santa's Elves, he said it has been on other forums but he hadn't seen it here yet. Enjoy!
Best regards and good mixing!

SANTA'S OFFICIAL NORTH POLE EGG NOG RECIPE
6 cups homogenized Walrus milk
12 large Penguin eggs
2 cups sugar
4 cups heavy Moose cream
3/4 cup Sour Mash Wild Tundra Berry Whiskey
1 tbs imported south-of-the-border U.S. nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Build a warm fire using local Caribou dung. Bring Walrus milk just to a boil in a 2-quart heavy cast iron pot. Whisk together Penguin eggs and sugar in a large bowl, then add hot Moose cream in a slow stream, whisking vigorously. Pour mixture into saucepan and cook over a moderately low heat. Stir constantly with a Whale bone spoon until mixture registers 170°F on thermometer, 6 to 7 minutes. Cool to Summerish temperature and add spirits to taste.
Serves up to 15 thirsty Elves.
If you don't have any sugar you can substitute local Honey or homemade Brandy, simply adjust the amount of Sour Mash accordingly.
