Nope, this is not SASS or NCOWS.  This is GAF, and our idea is to run a 2 gun combat match using 19th century battle rifles on standard steel targets at close combat ranges.  You would have to go to a Muster to understand this is not like anything you may have seen before.  It will indeed require handloads, but for these old warriors (Pre 1903) you should probably be handloading anyway.   ;D
Civilize them with a Krag . . .

After much experimentation and not a little soul searching, I have decided to up the maximum bullet weight allowed to 405 grains.   Cast of wheelweights but no harder, can see no risk of target damage at BP velocitys.  Not so with the 500 grainers, don't ask.

This should ease load development for those .45 caliber milspec rifles out there, and there are several good 350/375 slugs out there for the big 50s.
Civilize them with a Krag . . .
