Title: New Miroku ordered today!
Post by: hatman on May 23, 2017, 09:25:36 PM
Won an auction today for a Miroku carbine in 45 Colt.  Yay!
I had a really bad experience a few years back with a used Rossi that I eventually gave away and since then I've been missing a '92.
Today, Mission Accomplished!
There's just something about the sound and feel of those double locking lugs. My '86 now has another little brother.   :P

I think you'll be pleased.  My Miroku '92 is heads and shoulders above the old Rossi I traded away years ago.

I have two Miroku model '92's. So much better then the Rossi '92. Two trips to Florida and the Rossi sets in the closet. The two Miroku's feed and shoot anything and do it accurately. No frustrating, jiggling of the lever hoping to chamber a round like the Rossi.

Im sorry to say boys .
But your Rossi 92's must not be set up right.
I put any one of my Rossi 92's up against any Miroku 92.
A Properly tuned Rossi 92 is a excellent rifle .

'Bout time the '92 got the recognition it deserves!

Way back when, I bought a Browning '92 in .44 mag. Still have it. Love it.
I used to get 'looks' as it was not a '66 or a '73 and had alloy barrel bands.

It's getting very slick with use and it will be my main match gun this coming week end and my Browning '86 will be my long range rifle.

Both are box stock as I don't fix what ain't broke. Tuning and polishing is for guns that need it.
