Gentlemen,  In case anyone is interested, Gunbroker has a used Navy Arms Patterson Colt listed.  It's listing #598793385.  Looks like a good price from the few I've seen advertised.

[AL] = 1983  made by Pietta  from what I can see , a few minor scratches , ever so slight Cyl. ring and some wood dings , other wise nice condition it appears.

$399 is fair ....there hasn't been a run made of these is several years.
 I don't expect Pietta will run another batch anytime soon,  if ever.
 
No dog in the fight, but if I had the extra scratch right now,  I might be a player    :-\

Hummmmmmmm.  
Wonder how'd look wid a 3 1/2 inch barrel.  Could be fun.  Maybe not for CAS though.  Except maybe Planesman.  Hummmmmmm.
