Title: Carbine Sheath
Post by: Mogorilla on October 03, 2005, 12:27:07 PM
Hey,
I have an 1860 colt with Shoulder stock.  And since I like all things fringed, I made a native inspired sheath for it.  this was done from leather I picked up in a scrap bin.  I think I paid a grand total of ~$14 for this, most of the money was for the thread and rossette.

Yup!  Any 1860 would be proud to ride in that.    8)

Made one for my Hawken a couple of years back.  It came out a bit short but still works great with my Henry, '66, and '73.
