Discovered some "Old" 30 cal. ammo today. Some is marked 3-40 Krag while others are marked 30 USA with jacketed postal type bullet and steel jacketed softpoint bullets. Another is Marked 30 Army and has a split jacketed* hardball looking bullet.
*By split-jacketed bullet I mean theat it is in two separate sections separated by a lead ring. I will bring them to the Muster for anyone to see but need comments/ideas now. I will also pull the bullets on some to check powder and bullet type.
