I still miss her, and there a few other good ones that have gone to join that same Posse. You might recognize the ornery looking fellow next to Annie. This was taken in 2003.

Miss Letty I was also too late in joining CAScity to meet Annie Lee but like you I felt I knew her by the time I realized she was no longer with us. RIP Miss Annie Lee.  :'( WM

I find myself strangely drawn to this thread, Like Mestiza Letty & Wildman, I discovered Cas City just a few months before
Miss Annie passed .... I never had the pleasure.... :(

I followed how her son was getting along , (last posted here he was under 21, had bought a house ) that when he reached 21 he'd get his arms and shoot CAS .
That was some years ago... I wonder how that turned out... did he become the future of our CAS Family ?

when planets align...do the deal !

Seems like it was just yesterday when we all used to meet in the Frontier spot chat room for good conversations and to catch up on what was going on with each other. Vaya con Dios Miss Annie Lee

Yep that's for sure Del, and there have been other good friends that have passed since we lost Annie. Must be one heck of a Posse going on in heaven.

I never met Annie in person.  Like so many others, she became a dear friend and one of many that I miss almost daily.

Annie, BJD, Greeenriver, Longline Charlie, Suzee Silk Knickers are among those (and the list is nearly endless.) that I never met

Then there are those like Old Scout, Joy Belle, China Camp, Undertaker, Walt Lange, Laylow Curly (and the rest on another nearly endless list) that I did meet and get to know who are also gone.

One day I'll get added to the list, too, but I do and will walk among friends wherever I am.

And I forgot all my friends who just disappeared into the lost corners of the universe, like IDAHO.

Some of them don't stay in touch worth spit, either.  (Heavy-handed HINT!)
