Think ahead and have Carl cut us some thicker ones like this, about the same size as those, but thicker.

Storms missed us tonight, had a decent tornado about 35 miles Ne of us.

Looks like it left town before it got bad.

Window at work faces right, black as night and was close enough to see the in flow.

Could see the hook on !y little radar on my flip phone.  Looked like it had a debris ball, thought the town was toast.  Think maybe after it left town it hit a sand pit and stole their sandpile.  Will watch the loop later and check the news.

Afternoon all.

90 and sunny today.  Might get a little rain tomorrow, but that didn't seem to likely right now.

Didn't end up going on that camping trip last night.  The guy I was going with had to make an unexpected trip to Sacramento.  I didn't feel like spending my own money on gas,  so I stayed home instead.

The day started out overcast and cooler so I got some more barn work done. My grandson has graduated without honors but graduated nonetheless. He helped me on another of my bin storage racks today. Opened up my barn upstairs immensely. Need to do some serious  culling now. The crap that you save never ceases to amaze me. I admit that I'm a packrat anyway, springs, screws, bolts, a bent up aluminum traffic sign. Might have a use for it one day. Post a px tomorrow, too dark now.

Mornin! The coffee and beverage cart is now available...

Rain all around us again yesterday, had like 4 drops here. Calling for bigger chances today. Currently 70degrees and rising with the humidity at same number. Going to be fun today.

Think i have a Waffle House date with my wife later this morning.

I gave up on them 10 years ago when it was Ihop and they had more chicken on the menu than pancakes....Dunkin’ Donuts is changing to just Dunkin...At least at Waffle House you can still get a Waffle.

Not many places to get a Cuban around here

Morning all.

Currently 75 and sunny, headed for 80.

I'm supposed to be mowing the neighbor's lawn about now, but I left the key to the gate in my truck... Which my dad took to work this morning.  I guess I'll mow when he gets home.

Don't get me started on the whole burger/pancake thing.  IHOP is MY restaurant.  It's where I go for my birthday.  And I never thought to get a burger there.  I get the 2x2x2.  2 pancakes, 2 eggs (over medium), and 2 slices of bacon.  I'm going to stop there being I work myself up any more.

Local news today had an interesting bit.  Apparently someone stole a Dodge van full of show dogs yesterday, then just ditched it on the side of the highway ten miles down the road.  Nobody found it until 10am today, but all dogs were in good health and the van was in fine mechanical order.  Weird situation all around.

back when I was a sprout, teenagers used to do that regularly, regullarlly,  frequently, "borrow" a car, take a drive, leave it somewhere.
the local constabulatory called it "joy riding".
minus the dogs, however...
