We shot our WildBunch match yesterday. 8 used 1911s and 2 cowpokes but only 3 in 1912 summer uniforms. It was 90 but with a good breeze and a few clouds. We all got kinda hot so we only shot 5 stages.
The Ms had a better night last night, got up good, she even drank some coffee. After chuch I'm going to try to mow before the next week of hurricane remnants rain hits us for the week and turns my yard into a swamp. Have a better one.

I'm still alive, check everyday as to what's going on.

Busy getting ready for RCS next weekend and headed to the muster on the 18th, will head back on the 25th.

Should be able to check in and post a few pictures while they are shooting.

My Okie buddy got a wagon last weekend.  Not going to try to bring it up next weekend, but will bring it to Summerfield in Aug.

Pretty much all you need and with the rest of our gear we can put on a show.

If I can retire in Dec and go PT we will try to hit some more events next year.  $17000 for it an an enclosed trailer is a damn good deal.  He's a Cowboy Church person and a lady at his church helped him out big time so he can help with those chuck wagon minastries.

Balt’ glad to hear the Mrs is feeling better.

M2 is Springfield slim sizing these bullets down from something else? I did not see them listed on his webpage.

Slim was it a infantry or cav uniform?

Evening all.

We hit 90 today, and skipped out on rain for two days in a row.

I took the dog for a walk around 1500, then we drove around in the backwoods for a while.  I immediately regretted that when I stopped by the gas station.  $3.89/gal right now.  I put $30 in just to put 5 gallons in the back tank ( up to a quarter tank, from empty) and two up front (I only had $30, so that finished it off).

I've been offered a  40S&W Hi Power by an acquaintance for $450.  Another friend was interested in buying my Ruger 5.56 for $475.  I'll get back to you all in this deal, but I may be getting a Hi Power next week.

Fly if one is available, don't have one, not really wanting the extra weight.

He said he does not list them on the website because he has few orders for them ...maybe 3 orders a year  :-\

.313 is what I requested.

Del.  I had a client that wanted a old wagom in their product display....

if you look closely, you'll see the wagon is acctully a large Two-Dimensional ( not full scale though) printed graphic on 1/2 gatorboard
the Tarp over is however fabric to give some depth.....

The trade show is over , but the tarp may still be around....its yours if you can use it ...

Probably 8 ' X 8'   :-\

Cost more to send it than to buy a new one.  Thanks though.  We have placed of shade to eat.  At the muster though around noon I swear we take turns in each other's shadows.

All show ...little blow and a little rain ...justa bit yesterday 10:30 to around noon....stayed gray & breezy through this morning
but not a nickels worth of rain overnight.

That's about it , ' coruse we are 275 miles East of the thing's center and it was sucking a lot of dry air which disrupted it .
It may have altered many folks planned BBQ's etc.... I had none myself,  so I just watced the race..."Danica" haters were not disapointed  :-\  and messed around looking @ Krag parts ...

TK, Browning has stopped making the Hi-Power, That price is a steal, I would grab it. You can get a .357 Sig barrel for it and get much better performance from it. Just make sure he isn't confusing Hi-Power with Hi Point, big difference in prices... ;D ;D

Morning y'all.
Coffee and tea are ready.

Just had a little t'storm that settled the dust.
'Tis 68 and sprinkling. "Hot. Partly cloudy. Showers likely in the morning. Thunderstorms also possible in the morning  then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs in the middle 90s. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 70 percent."

I wasn’t sure you could get a Hi Power in .40sw... however Hi Point you can. For $450 you can buy 2 new Hi Points...don’t knock ‘em till you try ‘em.  Big and ugly but short of a nuclear bomb you can’t hurt one.

Danica is finally gone the good ole boys will no longer have her to hate.

Yes, they made the Hi-Power in .40 short and weak, They're not as desirable as the 9mm, but they're still one of the best handling pistols ever made. Look for the prices on them to start climbing in the future.
