I sent them one too. If they are indeed up for business maybe they'll do another run of it if they realize enough of us are wanting to buy some.

Over the past few months, I have sent messages to both Jameson/Captech and Starline. I haven't received replies, but hopefully somebody produces this brass.

That's who I sent mine to. Hopefully he will hear from enough customers to do another run of it.

Captech tried to get into mass market loaded ammunition during the big shortage, overextended themselves, and shutdown.  They are currently "reorganizing".

Keep your fingers crossed.

I checked the Jamison site today, still showing out of stock on all
their products.  Like most of you good folks here, I have a supply
of 45-75 WCF brass, but it has a shelf life - depending on how much
shooting is done - and will someday need more.  Got to thinking ( a
dangerous pass time I am told) and decided to see who else makes brass
for this rifle.  Figured to share with folks here in case some of ya
would like some proper head stamped brass.  Here goes:

Quality Cartridges: http://www.qual-cart.com/458%20cal.htm

Rocky Mountain Cartridge (RMC): http://rockymountaincartridge.com/

A Source that claims to have it in stock:  http://the-puzzle-palace.com/files/baco2.htm#45

There is Bertram also, but it is a known product so just mentioned it here.
I have reported elsewhere on the RMC product and how well it has worked
for me, but a note here it is expensive.

I am still looking and compiling sources for the 76 rifle brass but this is
it to date.  Wanted to share here and see if anyone else has a source besides
those mentioned.  Hopefully we will see Jamison come back online, but in
case they don't there are other sources for now.

Hope I didn't over step any boundaries here sharing this, just aiming to help.

Keep ya powder dry!!

www.buffaloarms.com  lists these as well.  Even if they show out of stock, give them a call, often they'll make it up if they know some one wants it.

I really hope Dave Gullo (Buffalo Arms owner) would buy the Jamison/former Bell tooling, and set up production under his roof.

Has anybody tried Magtech 32 gauge brass shotgun shells ? The specs are over size (well over) but if they manufacture inside specs and the chamber is a bit fat ? could be with a bit of a squeeez it would fit?  ---- should stand a blackpowder load ok?.
I got plenty 348 brass - just curious is all - If I lived next door to Midway I proly waste $23 on a box just to see. The 24 guage stuff makes really neat 450/577 brass.

This guy reforms a lot of oddball cases (my go to source for 10.4x47 Vetterli)  maybe he could make up some .45-75 if some of you folks request it.

That's interesting. Thank you for posting that. Personally, I'm going to try to convert some .50-90 Sharps brass. I have the supplies on order right now. It figures that another option would show up shortly after I made my order. Hopefully, Starline steps up and begins producing 45-75 soon. I imagine that it would be a less expensive option.
