Is the front sight dovetail the standard 3/8"? I'm thinking of getting a Marbles. One with those big glowing orange or green beads on it.  Wink

I read your inquiry and from my perspective, on my '76 the front dovetail is 3/8".  Should know as I also put on a fancy front sight to help my eyesight.  Had no trouble tapping it into that dovetail.  So for what it is worth if you need to you cn always file a bit to make it fit or tap in the sides to tighten it up.
