I am still looking for CamanoRidge, have tried about everything with no results. Does anyone know where he lives. I really liked his work, and ordered a new rig from him in August and paid up front,and have heard nothing since. Would be thankful for any information.

You're probably way ahead of me on this, but his business is licensed in Washington State under "Cascade Sales" (and a few other business names) at 940 Hoppy Trail Way, Camano Island, WA.  See http://washington.intercreditreport.com/company/cascade-sales-kenneth-scott-kreiman-601040195.  I can't attest to the accuracy of that site.

I tried to include the results page from the WA Dept. of Revenue site, but it just took you to the search page.  I'll attach a screenshot.

His Facebook page hasn't been active in some time, but it does include a phone number and email address...
