You folks can keep your snow, I like our warm and sunny weather. I hope that we have not been lured into a false sense of security.

I took Moose out to eat some chicken fajitas for supper. The food was good and the beer was cold. We got home about 7 pm,, and it was already dark.

Pots are on!

Tried a new marinade for the grilled chicken last night.  Turned out pretty good.  Tonight we’re having friends over for a supper of grilled salmon and roasted red taters.

Weahter is supposed to be much the same as yesterday, low 60’s, so the cats get to go out while I’m cooking again.

Them chocolate's are cute,Del! ;)

It was 3 with a WC of -19 this morning when I got up. Both of us went out this morning to check our roads and clear the walks around the barn and mail boxes so it could get done quicker and get us out of the cold. It's 9 now with a little sun, WC's still in the minuses ::) :-\

Dang, went to the grocery store and there were some folks had a whole table full of samples of so called organic health foods and well I thought about going over and then I had that WWJD thought, and then I really decided I better get the heck away from there.

Lunch on the fly today, peanut butter crackers. My schedule got all messed up this morning, emergency clean out for the chlorinator with the Engineer, plus, they had a kids birthday party in the club house yesterday. Mess to clean up, did I mention I hate kid's birthday partys? Trying to get laundry done now, got interupted to go open a couple of the used units for the manager to show. Had to plow the drives as well. ::) :-\

Guesser's are saying snow over night, could be as much as 4", so it might be an early morning for me tomorrow ::)

Salmon was great, roasted taters were great, and the weather was great!  Made Miz Annie's Werld Famous Cobbler for dessert!

Foggy here today, had a light coat of "wintery mix" yesterday, but Ice was gone by afternoon. Went to Outback for dinner, had the sandwich M2 recommended, wasn't bad.

Federal holiday for me  today, going to town again, to get the front of the Mighty Dakota re-shod. Got a slipped belt on one or both front tires, been "thumping" for a while now. It's about time anyway, currently had tires from 4 different makers, 4 tread patterns, 2 sizes, only one less than 2-3 years old.

Moose and I had a Valentine's Breakfast yesterday, It was still crowded. The weather has been perfect. We had a pot of vegetable beef soup for supper. It was good. I slept in this morning, and missed out on the morning Cawffee. More soup tonight for supper.
