Figured I got dehydrated yesterday too .... can't remember if I drank anything at all  ???
Headache this morning ... but gone now .... 

Gonna be a Ibuprofen breakfast ....   

It may be sore, but the good news is we can  still complain & be heard doing so , beats the alternative.

Too hot for Coffee, switching to iced tea. I had some blueberry waffles for breakfast and no Lunch. No clue for Supper. I had some errands to run this morning, before it got too hot. Yesterday was the hottest day of the year, so far. I am moving inside. It is too hot to sit on the Patio.
