Wow, what a ride. At Christmas, we had all four of our parents for Christmas. Just after Christmas, my Mom had to go into a nursing home full time due to two strokes. My wife's Mom went into the hospital for three weeks as her kidneys failed. We lost her shortly thereafter. My Dad had a heart attack and is now in the same nursing home as my Mom. Thank God for his mercy and grace to get us through this.
If you still have your parents, treasure them.
