Mornin'.

Weather's same as yestitty. 'Bout sixty now. Nice if it'd stay there.

Been considerin' a Walker for concealed carry. Soon's Fobus offers a paddle holster, be startin' ta look 'round.

Thursday. Should be shootin' somewhere. But no. Gotta go ta the skin doc for 'pre-op evaluation.' Least ways he don't do cuttin' on Thursdays. Does those on Mondays inna different place.

Nice clear cool morning here- don't need additional clothes yet, cool. The dogs are out enjoying it. I am having my first coffee on the deck. Just now seen my first group of geese. Yesterday i seen my first group of starlings. The hummingbirds are still stopping by but not as frequent as the months before.  5 days till fall uh?

Back to work this afternoon.

Need to start the tiller up and run it but think i will wait and do it between games Saturday.

Morning y'all.

Fenced off the septic mound last night so the horses can eat around it.

'Tis 45 and overcast. High of 62.

Beware when your state or commonwealth becomes occupied by the north.

First. DMV no longer knows the difference between a scooter and a moped.

We have a tunnel named for a fictional sea battle. A Monitor v Merrimac thing never happened. A Merrimac hadn't been built at the time of the first battle of ironclads. USS Monitor vs. CSS Virginia did happen and it was the first battle of ironclads. The CSS Virginia contained salvaged components from the scuttled USS Merrimack – Merrimack, with a friggin' K! It doesn't matter how many times some revisionist historian from The Peoples' Republik of Maryland gets it wrong!

Finished early 'nuff at the doc's ta get to the indoor. On the way back I was outraged to find we are now being encouraged to speed. Data sign read 'HRBT 15 miles, 15 minutes.' Do the math. One can't travel fifteen miles in fifteen minutes at the 55 mph speed limit.

This is not Jefferson's Virginia.

Still smoky here!  I think a cold front came through a little early, so things are starting to clear a bit.

Don’t have to cook tonight, so it’s to the refrige for leftovers.

Got the stuff for the wife’s birthday tomorrow.  Doing grilled crab legs, with chicken /veggie kabobs.  Haven’t told her what’s up for supper tomorrow yet. (Hard to hide the crab legs)!

Hey y'all.

City trip was okay.  Class went well.  Drove the stick in the city for the first time.  Went okay.

Made it to Sportsman's Warehouse in time for the component delivery truck.  Got a pound of Bullseye, 200 CCI primers, and 100 Hornaday hollowpoints, all for the low price of $65...  California makes like a hoover with a leak.  :-\
