Laserlyte laser trading system

Has anyone used the above system for practice?  I'm thinking of getting the home on the range setup and then eventually buying the newer targets that shows where you hit it and then you reset by shooting the reset area.  I figure two to five of those targets would give me enought for most sweeps and a good indoor practice range and be cheaper than live fire practice after a couple of months it should be paint off in ammo savings as I used to live fire practice twice a week and go through two hundred rounds or more of hardball ammo and at least a box of shot shells not to mention the fuel savings and refreshment savings from the bs session at the office.

I don't own a Laserlyte system (yet), nor have I used one but it's on my short list of acquisitions.  As long as it works, I can't help but think it would enable muscle memory drills at very low cost!  I did hear some comments that the laser insert for the barrel didn't always work like it was supposed to, but I'd risk the dough.

I have taped a cheap laser on the barrel for hip / point shooting practice with my mares leg.
Make sure you can turn it on and off. If it stays on all the time you will find yourself cheating and inching the laser along to its destination.

Turn it off. Point it. Turn on and check to see how close you are.

I have one and really like it. I can use it with the blue gun that came with it or my actual cowboy guns. I have 3 targets. The pair of the smaller Reactiontyme targets and the original TriggerTyme target. I turn all three of them on and practice accuracy on the Triggertyme, then react to the ReactionTyme targets.
My only complaints are that I can't use it with my .30s or .22s and that the laser itself doesn't have an on/off switch which means that you have to take the batteries out after each use. That really isn't that big of a deal.
