Thanks for the  note, Silent Joe. Not much to tell about myself. Older than dirt Vietnam Vet, ex-law enforcement officer, ex-councel of governments bureaucrat, ex-oil company manager, ex-educator and retired assistant principal. I heard that we would change our careers about five times during our lives, but never thought I would do it...   I live for the Cowboy Action matches my wife and I attend. My alias is Jalapeno Slim and the wife is Slim's Filly. Live in Southeast Texas closer to Lake Charles, Louisiana than to Houston. Reloading ammo, minor gunsmithing, shooting as often as possible, and making leather holsters, belts and etc for family and friends. Sometimes I even slip in a bit of fishing and hunting. I hope to participate often and that I can add to the knowledge and friendship I have seen on Cas City.
