Waiting for Silver Creek Slim to chime in on the Crane taste issue. He isn’t far from the Necedah National Wildlife Refuge. It’s one end of a migratory router from Wisconsin to Florida. They might look poorly on Slim cooking one of their birds for a taste test though!
them whooping cranes don't taste too bad, taste alot like spotted owl if prepared correctly. They is much better than canadian goose.

Besides that both are dumber than Canada Geese, geese thrive, the other two ain't doin' so good and trust me, it ain't all that much man's fault, Charles Darwin calls them Dead End species cause the evolved to far the wrong way and can not adapt to change.

This is also their home country, some Canuck gave em that name cause the only other thing named after them was a thistle.
Might have been Hank Snow or Gorden Lightfoot.

From what I've seen just about anyone from Canada that makes it big in entertainment ends up here. I think they farm comedians up there right next to the bad muscians ranch.

This is part of a family photo of my better-half's relatives in 1885. We live on the same property they did.

It's a long list but I think you made the perfect pick. Just be carefull, that Morrisete chick may end up stalking you and write a whole album about it.
