Well, I finaly got the spots that I have been waitng for so here is something alittle different. I got to tell you, youall were right about a money belt being the most comfortable to wear. I don't think I will ever use anything else to tote my iron.

Nice work pard, that's a great look, your spot pattern looks real period, and those holsters are really sharp, I also like your tooling, it gives this rig a classy look, that open hammer closed trigger is a different look, but a nice on, and I can see that it would work well, the color and finish look great too.
Thanks for sharing this with us GB

Ten Wolves, those holsters are some I made a couple of months ago. They are my version of a rig in "Packing Iron" pg. 87. I hadn't made a belt yet so this is what I came up with for them. And thanks for the kind words pard

Good lookin belt, but I have a question: Do you have to run around the shower to get wet? That's a mighty small belt there Pard! Just jealous

Howdy GB.
Beautiful job! This rig is straight out of the pages of "Packing Iron". Many thanks for sharing this with us.

WC, Rick, JD, Johnny many thanks for your kind words.
WC, its good to have you back in here I kind of figured you where pretty busy after your trip was the reason you haven't been around much.
JD, I had a long talk with myself after I tried this one on. I almost made it to short. If I don't get away from the supper table a little quicker it ain't going to fit very long
Rick, I got two of them... nah, nah , nah, nah, nah

GB , thats a very nice looking rig. I like the money belt. Nice design on the spots . Different. Great color. Keep eating because I,m small and take hand me downs .
I have never made a money belt. Guess I,ll have to try one. Knife and sheath I got from u were outstanding, Thanks again. KT

Kid, I had to laugh at myself because I didn't take new measurements before I made this one and so I only have about an inch and a half of "grow room". I really hoped you liked the rig i sent you and Am very glad to hear that you do. Also hope the healing is coming along for you.
