Took one of my RV APART when i put it back togeter it dont action right is ther a link to help put it back togheter. Embarrassed

Must be your server, worked fine for me. Or you don't have an Adobe reader installed. Check your version, or go to this link: http://www.ruger-firearms.com/Firearms/SE-InstructManualsR.html, there's a button in the bottom of the page that should enable to download the latest version of Adobe Reader, or at least the version necessary to read their instruction manuals.
