We need to find out if Pitspitr has a basement or a root cellar, just in case!

Can't get pictures in one of them.  Grin  Really not much chance then, slight but a bit late in the season most years.

We'll be over a half mile from the buildings, but there are some good canions close to where we will be.

Like Del said that'd be pretty late for a tornado in our part of NE. The ones that have hit our place have always been in late May or early June.

And as some know, I have doppler on my cell phone and keep a real good eye on weather when it gets bad.  Was up till after 3 am in June at RCS keeping a good eye on a bad storm that missed us by less than 10 miles.  With modern doppler those things very seldom get to sneak up on folks.  And even if it's not PC Iain't afraid to use it. I think I'll bring my entrenching tool for digging a foxhole and or a slit trench, just in case. I like the idea of Del's radar on his phone. I took some meteorology courses in college and have been in several in the Texas Panhandle and the Metroplex. I figger that between the two of us, we otta be well prepared.

I will be teaching the school of the soldier using Upton's Infatry Tactics. for those of you who might want to read it before coming to the Dept. Muster, I found a downloadable .pdf of Upton's at:
