howdy Pards,
Sorry that I havn't posted or done a lot! Embarrassed Cutting back on my pain meds for a lot of reasons, have kept me close to the Bed.
Here in Sepy. I real nice Cowboy form one of the Cowboy clubs out there had me make hik a Lemon Squezzer Cross Draw, I was lucky enough to have a old pistol that looked to be close to the pistol that this Pard needed a holster for. When he got it, he was so pround he had to show it to everyone in the Club. Another fine Cowboy from his club said he had the same pistol but he wanted a close to period correct, shoulder holster, I explained to him that I would be glad to do the job, but I was getting ready to go see my son out west, and I explained to him about my health problems, and that I was slow, because there are timews I don't move much for a week. He understood and said, lets wait untill after the Hoildays, and I said that would be great! So about the middle of Jan. he got a hold of me! So i went to looking, and letting that one little brain cell I have left roll around in my head, and so I came up with a design. I had him send me a pick of his holster, and I had the border stamp, but had never done a natural oil dye job Shocked Shocked, So as allways I drawed it up, and sent him a pic of the drawing and the flowers and rosettes i can make, once he had decded on which he liked, he cut me loose to do as I wanted! And that is allways funnest, because it lets you be creative (which I am not)! It was a fun challenge! Huh So i got it down today, and wanted to let you all se it, and be honest and tell me what you think!
Thanks ACE

Ace, everyone gets a little better and you are trying some of the harder stuff. Getting a shoulder holster to hang right is kind of tricky sometimes and that looks real good.

Howdy Ace,

Very nice! What makes this rig so special is that it's your own design. I would say that you are very creative. Keep up the good work Pard and please keep sharing it with us
