[Wiley Desperado]

Here is a California style slim jim holster I made for a 1851 Navy, pretty standard style for the 1850's. The carving pattern is my goofy idea ( I did see some of it on the cover of a magazine, it wasn't on a holster) I am working on  my non-artistic abilities .  This is the first time I made a toe plug and sewed it in place, not as big a deal as I had thought it would be.    I kind of like them now.

Farmer ya did it again, nice work  and the sheath is Black. Looks kinda pink, But as you say it's black.

great holster pard i love the carving design and that cail slim jim style is great to ill have to do one up for my 1851
but what im wanting to do is a Doc Holiday shoulder holster rig with the hidden knife sheath in it like in the latest issue
of guns of the old west
some day ill find a pattern i can modifiy  to make it work  LOL
