Need some info on how to find the year my rugers were made.
Also new to this site and the COWBOY shooting.
You shooters have really helped me on finding the right gun.
Thanks a lot for all the help.

WV:

You used to be able to go to the Ruger site & do a serial no search.  But the last time I tried:  It never worked.
I did copy all of the Blackhawk, Vaquero, Hawkeye & Single Six info a few months ago.

I will be on active duty for a while, so I won't be able to post it for ya.
But when I get home, I will paste it on this thread.
Which ones do ya need?

In the mean time go to ruger.com....Maybe you can find the dope.

Just looked up my NRV's again, the 5 1/2 was an early one I knew. Just confirmed the 4 5/8 was a 2007 production. Forgot to mention when I got it two weeks ago...........Buck Cool Roll Eyes Wink

That is a great link.  Jus found out my OMV was born in '95.  That'd make her lucky 13 this year!
