I know you don't use tobbacky, but while you were there did you smoke a camel? Grin

SHB, I still eat those Van Camps Beeny Weenies in the little cans with the poptop lid.  I will probably pack some for the Trip to NE in Oct.  I still smoked back then so I traded to the smokes a lot. That's where I started smoking unfiltered smokes beacuse everyone wanted Winstons, Marlboros, Salems, and Newports which were filtered. Nobody wanted the Pall Malls, Camels, Luckys, Chesterfields, and unfiltered Kools.

No ... but I'm purty sure the Saudis served us some - they supplied a lot of the meals and all the water.

SHB, I beg to differ on us not having taste. I think that being able to pick out the best entrees out of the C-Rats do require a great deal expertise and gourmet taste buds.

In order to continue to hold your place I will now need "official" registrations. The fees are $90 and include all meals and a Nebraska State Park entry permit which will allow you to sleep in the Barracks at Fort Hartsuff. We're limiting this event to 50 Shooters and 40 occupant in the barracks. You'll want to get the forms in soon because as you can see we're at 34 and I expect the rest of the spots to fill up soon.

Colonel Davenport, Sir!

Glad to see I was close to the top of interested parties ...... but it is actually Rattlesnake Jack Robson ....

(Rattle Snake Jack Robinson is no relation .... though I believe he may be distant kin to that marooned Swiss family ....
.... or perhaps to that other chap, Crusoe ....   Wink )

'Nuff sillines ... I'll be submitting my entry Post Haste!  However, before doing so, would I be correct in assuming cheques or money orders should be made payable to you?
