Now, while I fear that "The Quilt King" will be horrified and thus relegate me to a diet of biscuit and water as punishment, would there be any massive objection on Period Correctness grounds if I use a modern sleeping bag (.... covered with a suitable woolen blanket, of course ....) rather than loose sheets and such?

I can't keep sheets and blankets tucked in properly and covering me in my bed at home, let alone while "camping" ....  Undecided

Oh and one for Jeff if he gets me the stuff sent he has. Wink

Hey!!!

I finally did it, got around to getting myself a Trapdoor Carbine.  Found a Pedersoli that was fired 5 times and it was going for $200 less than cost and SASS Discount on a Brand New on from EMF.  So, I will be in style at the GAF National......with that and my USFA Government Inspectors (Ainsworth) Model.... Cheesy

Go clear to the bottom of the page and look for a button that says "sticky"  clck on that and it's done.

(Note, this only works for moderators in the forums they moderate.) Wink

Cool! I'm getting the standard sights installed on my Pedersoli. If it's done by then I'll use it if not I'll use one of my originals. Sure hope you can make it.
