Loading Shotgun on the move

What's better (for a right hander)...
Grabbing 2 shells with the left hand, Loading with the left hand over the top, and holding the 2nd in the left hand? ...
or
Grabbing 2 shotgun shells with the right hand, loading 1, holding the other. Seems like less travel.
Holy Terror did it it that way on the CowBoys TV show recently, but I can't tell which finger she's using to pull the trigger. Too dang fast.
Anyone got slow-mo videos of shotgun loading to share?

I can tell you how the world speed record was run, loading with the left hand over the top.
The right hand load is a problem because the hand can be there so quickly that it blocks the ejecting shell. The left hand load over the top regulates the arrival of the next shell and keeps it from coming in too soon.
Two other factors seem to help speed up the shotgun. One is pulling more than two when there are more than two to be shot from one position (granted much more rare in W3G). The other factor that can speed up the '97 is the ability to slam fire accurately. I wish I could.
Cheers,
BJT

Over the top works very well for me even though I can't slam-fire worth a darn. Since we stoke two shells in the magazine before the beep goes off, pulling only two gets you through
most
situations you'll see in W3G. I say "most" because I know that doggone Texas Star is out there waiting for me at World Cup.......
