To be able to place an ad or contact a seller, you have to be a registered member of Cas City Forum Hall and logged in. This is required so buyers and sellers can interact safely with each other.

Feedback System.
Styled after the familiar eBay, members can leave Positive, Neutral or Negative feedback on another member. Points determine the type of "star" a user can get (there are five stars). Positive are +1, Neutral are 0 and Negative is -1.
Bidding.
Members can also select to have their items open for bidding. This auction-style bidding will allow users to bid and incrementally have their bids raised to their max bid rate (eBay style). To place a bid, simply enter the highest price you are willing to pay in the max bid box and then select SUBMIT.
All bids are incremental, which means that your max bid only need be the highest price you are willing to pay, the lowest possible price you end up paying will be determined by other bids which can raise your bid up to your maximium.
The increments are:
$0.00 < $10.00 += $0.25 $10.00 < $50.00 += $1.00 $50.00 < $100.00 += $5.00 $100.00 < $500.00 += $10.00 > $500.00 += $25.00

A:The classified system takes care of resizing for you.
Thumbnail image max width and height in pixels = 100
Maximium width of preview image on showpoduct page = 250
Maximium height of preview image on showpoduct page = 250
Maximium size for a supersized image = 500
Quality setting for resizing/thumbnails? 75%
Acceptable image file types = .jpg,.jpeg,.png,.gif
Note: If you are on dial-up, uploading a 1mb image will take some time, so if you have the possebility to resize, take it down to 500 pixels wide.
